We recognize that in today’s
world, businesses are dealing with increasing amounts of electronic
data. Company data may be stored in handheld devices such
as Personal Digital Assistants (PDA), email servers, backup
tapes, CD-ROM, DVD, and computers. Some or all of these data
repositories may contain relevant data. Often, whether or
not relevant data is contained on any of these devices is
determined by meeting with our clients and conducting a needs
assessment. We call it our “Assessed Information Management”
(AIM) approach for digital data.
With
AIM our goals are to:
- Identify
objectives based on “Needs Assessment.” A Needs
Assessment is meeting with our clients and identifying needs,
or objectives, based on their situation.
-
Identify tasks and review task lists designed to successfully
achieve each objective.
-
Develop methodology specific to the objectives.
-
Provide updates to our clients to ensure objectives and
tasks are on point.
-
Document findings and recommendations.
In
addition, we can seamlessly integrate with in-house teams
if needed or requested. |
